I have known Mukesh for almost two decades, right through our school life. Mukesh is always focused on fulflling his vision and is grateful for every little thing in life. Seven steps’ process is a clear example of his principles in life, this is refected all throughout this book. Reading the Client’s win part in Mukesh’s book reminds me of the Great man Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi’s wonderful quote for business, “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption to our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider to our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.” I embody this principle in my business life. This has helped me through many ups and downs in my business life and has helped me to succeed, which Mukesh has witnessed. I have experienced the rewards of taking these steps, which Mukesh is depicting in this book. These steps have helped me during the vicissitudes of my life. This book comprises guidelines on, how to be successful in life, by following a few simple steps with joy and happiness.
