For me, fulfillment means practicing my values, such as happiness, freedom, and win-win, as well as having a purpose bigger than myself that wakes me up with excitement every day.

In my younger years, I had what many would call an ideal life. My parents were very supportive and gave me all the love and freedom I could ever want. They supported my dreams and provided me with endless opportunities. It felt like I had a wealth of options to choose from.

Despite having all these options and a supportive environment, I often felt lost. The freedom I had did not bring me happiness; instead, it made me feel empty and unsure. I used to feel anxious all the time, not present or happy. I always compared myself to others and had a scarcity mindset.

While reading, observing, and listening to thought leaders around the globe, I found this very simple word: “serving.” That was the ‘aha’ moment that got me out of my miserable, empty life. I kept thinking about and asking myself what serving meant to me, time and time again.

During a particularly challenging time, I had a breakthrough. I realized that I needed to identify my core values, the principles that truly mattered to me. Once I discovered them, everything began to change.

The feeling of being lost and stuck went away, my path became clearer, and I started making decisions that aligned with my true self.

In this realization, I found my fulfillment in fulfilling other people’s lives. It is in serving others, in seeing them get unstuck, and in guiding them to achieve what they want in their lives.

My life’s aim is to guide 15,100 people to achieve financial freedom and a fulfilled life.

STEP 1: CELEBRATE & BE GRATEFUL

Why is it important?
Being grateful has numerous benefits for our mental, emotional, and even our physical well-being. It reduces stress and anxiety, enhances resilience, strengthens relationships, improves sleep quality, boosts immunity, and encourages mindfulness.
What is this step?
This step emphasizes coming up with up to 7 things you could be grateful for in any situation you are in. When I asked this question to my 8-year-old son, he replied that he is grateful for school, life, food, house, parents, gifts, and friends.
How to do this step?

Some ideas to practice gratitude are:

  • Schedule a specific time every day or once a week.
  • Take a few moments to think about things in your life you are grateful for.
  • Send thank you notes to people in your life.
  • Do some acts of kindness.

STEP 2: ALIGN YOUR FULFILLMENT VISION

Why is it important?
This step involves defining all the 10 elements of your fulfillment vision: activities, behavior, habits, beliefs, goals, values, character, purpose, principles, and environment. It is about discovering their meaning in your life.

This step involves defining all the 10 elements of your fulfillment vision: activities, behavior, habits, beliefs, goals, values, character, purpose, principles, and environment. It is about discovering their meaning in your life.
How to do this step?
  • Choose a purpose.
  • During discovery, write down a minimum of 3 points in each of the other 9 elements.
  • Assess what the environment looks like – is it supportive or non-supportive?
  • Determine what kind of values you need to hold.
  • Identify what kind of habits you need to create or break.
  • Do this exercise for all elements and align them.

STEP 3: KNOW YOUR (SUPPLIER'S) WIN

This step involves using the ’30 Cells Framework’ to identify and articulate your holistic goals across various domains of your life.
How to do this step?
  1. Work through the ’30 Cells Framework’, which categorizes your goals into 30 different cells representing 6 needs (Brand, Money, Time, Skill, Health, and Experience) for 5 of your life circles (You, Your Family, Business/Employment, Your Friends & Community, and Your Spiritual & Non-Spiritual Circle).
  2. Reflect on each cell, write down your goals, and ensure they align with your fulfillment vision.
  3. Revisit and refine these goals regularly to stay on track.

STEP 4: KNOW YOUR CLIENT'S WIN

Why is it important?
Understanding the needs and expectations of your clients is a very critical step to create a win-win solution.

In this paradigm, consider every other person you are serving as your client. Be it your spouse, your kids, your parents, or your business clients. They are all your clients.

  • In this step, go deep in understanding their pain, the negative impact of the problems they are facing, the benefits, and the positive impact of opportunities they have.
  • Practice curiosity and empathy while understanding your client’s needs.

I was initially thrilled by the thousands of books and resources available.
